Bar Service: We will be providing wine, beer, and 2 cocktails. Each person over 21 who will be partaking of the bar service must bring a valid ID to be served. Each person will be given a 3-stamp card that they can use for the bar service, but no more than that can be served per person. We want people to enjoy their time at the wedding and be able to drink, but we do not want drunk people or the idea of people driving under the influence after the reception. Anyone who is partaking of alcohol must provide that information via the RSVP form.
Non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soda, and lemonade will be available.
Food: Street tacos and chili cheese fries will be served for dinner. Lunch will be served for all those who choose to volunteer with the wedding setup from 12 pm to before the ceremony starts at 3 pm. Snacks and candies will also be available during the reception.
Volunteers: Anyone who wants to come early and help with decor setup will be provided lunch and get first dibs at seats for the ceremony. We are also looking for people who would be willing to stay after the reception ends at 8 p.m. to help load up any remaining items, put away chairs and tables, clean, and throw out any trash. If anyone is interested, text me at 385-277-1278.
Dress code: Semi-formal is requested, but Renaissance and fantasy attire is encouraged. If anyone has any questions regarding whether their attire "fits" the theme, have them contact me at 385-277-1278.
